Mr. Woolsey earned his J.D. from McGeorge
School of Law in 2006 and he is a member of the State Bar of California. His
practice focuses on estate planning, business law, general civil litigation
and personal injury.
Mr. Woolsey holds over seven years of experience working in the legal
profession. While in lawschool, Adam worked for the Sacramento County
Indigent Defense Panel as a State Bar Certified Intern. During that time, he
represented clients before Sacramento County Judges and Commissioners while
gaining two years of court room experience. Adam also has extensive civil
litigation research and drafting experience at top rated law firms. Most
recently, he had active involvement (under top local attorneys) in a
fiduciary fraud case involving approximately $15 million dollars worth of
rare art.
In the transactional realm, Adam has drafted approximately five-hundred
comprehensive estate plans for persons whose net worth has ranged from
twenty-thousand to twenty-million dollars. He has formed approximately fifty
corporations, partnerships, LLCʼs and other business entities. He has also
reviewed and drafted numerous business contracts and assisted business
entities with their transactional formalities and filings.
In his freetime, Mr. Woolsey enjoys the outdoors, golf and spending time
with his wife and two sons.
